Uninstalling and data

Agency admins can uninstall Agency Report Card at any time from the HighLevel Marketplace (Settings → Integrations / My Apps). On uninstall:

  • HighLevel notifies us (UNINSTALL webhook) and the OAuth access and refresh tokens are deleted immediately; we can no longer read any data from your agency.
  • Stored data for the agency — sub-account names, daily metric snapshots, grades, thresholds, alerts and the report email — is permanently deleted 30 days after uninstall (so a reinstall within that window keeps your history).
  • To have it deleted sooner, email [email protected] from the agency owner’s address.

We only read aggregate counts (contacts, opportunities, appointments); we do not store contact details. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
